Cajun Injector’s Lemon Pepper spice blend can be used for a variety of lemon pepper recipes including lemon pepper chicken and lemon pepper fish. We cook with this lemon pepper seasoning on a weekly basis. Our favorite dish is the lemon pepper salmon. We blacken the salmon just like we would with a Cajun spice blend. We shake Cajun Injector’s Lemon Pepper spice blend all over the fish and pan fry it with butter. Talk about making you wanna slap somebody . . . it’s awesome!
