More about this product:  Just a little advice from our past experiences: We can promise you this barbecue marinade has a wonderful flavor. We can also advise you to not use it when frying a chicken or turkey. During the year, we invite several of our friends and family over for marinade taste testing and frying fun. We choose three flavors of marinades and inject three different whole chickens with a flavor. We fry all three chickens at one time in our turkey fryer using our skewer set that comes with the Bayou Classic turkey fryer. Every time we use a barbecue marinade when frying, the outside tends to burn. However, the meat is perfect under the skin and has a great flavor. The other two chickens come out perfectly brown.
