Cajun Injector’s honey bacon barbecue marinade is a tasty blend of honey, bacon and barbecue. The honey in Cajun Injector’s honey bacon barbecue marinade gives this marinade a light sweet flavor. The honey flavor is not overwhelming. We love to use this marinade on grilled shrimp and barbecued chicken. It’s perfect for use on the grill or in the oven. The density of this marinade is perfect for injecting your favorite poultry, beef or wild game. While cooking, basting with this marinade makes meats burst with wonderful honey bacon barbecue flavor.

Just a little advice from our past experiences: We can promise you this barbecue marinade has a wonderful flavor. We can also advise you to not use it when frying a chicken or turkey. During the year, we invite several of our friends and family over for marinade taste testing and frying fun. We choose three flavors of marinades and inject three different whole chickens with a flavor. We fry all three chickens at one time in our turkey fryer using our skewer set that comes with the Bayou Classic turkey fryer. Every time we use a barbecue marinade when frying, the outside tends to burn. However, the meat is perfect under the skin and has a great flavor. The other two chickens come out perfectly brown.
